"This place is nice and has a wide variety of jewelry seems like. We went here to sell them some jewelry. As stated on the building they buy old jewelry. Well they didn’t have much interest in the wedding set we had. Wouldnt even give us a scrap price for it. Pointed us in the direction of charlotte. Wasn’t very pleased with the experience"
"My husband gave me a spoon ring in 1975 for Christmas. The date and my initials were engraved on the inside and outside. The outside engraving had long worn away. After all, I wore the ring EVERY day for 48 years. The filigree work on the spoon handle was very much intact. He took the ring in to have the outer engraving redone. When we picked it up the ring had been polished to the point all the filigree work was gone and the ring looked new. The engraving was horrible. Now I no longer have my keepsake which I had worn for 48 years and I am heartbroken. A competent jeweler would not have polished the ring the way it was done. I will never go to that store again. By the way, nothing can be done to fix the ring. I'm just out a ring that meant everything in to me."
"I have an antique bracelet that simply needed a new catch chain. They not only replaced the catch chain but also cleaned it and checked the clasp. Reasonable and reliable. Love the staff, Kelly was so kind to work with!"
