"I ran to get some last minute cleaning supplies for home and I frequent this gas station heavily; Especially late at night and they’re always open 24/7. There’s no sign indicating they’re closed, all lights are on, no beverage or food trucks are here… And when I go to open the door the older middle eastern guy says we’re closed and just stares at me with an attitude. I don’t have an issue with any business being closed, but what I have an issue with is when that pertinent information isn’t posted for consumers like myself and the employees of that Particular business don’t exemplify average levels of customer service like I experienced just now tonight."
