"Bonny was so responsive to my phone calls and replied to text messages about scheduling right away. Even though she was booking out for months, she communicated with me closely to inform me of openings in her schedule that became available and she was able to fit us in quickly! She quoted us a price for mobile grooming for our chihuahua and on grooming day she adhered to that price we were expecting to pay. She made sure to ask our preferences before starting and did a thorough history. Our fur "baby" has a heart condition requiring medications and we wanted to avoid the stress of taking her to a commercial dog groomer as we have done in the past. Bonny made sure she was calm and safe, and Lily did great. We love her adorable makeover! Thank you Paw Printz!"
