"On my first visit I waited between 15-20 minutes to see the vet. On the second visit, I was 8 minutes late due to traffic, and was told, "Sorry - you'll have to reschedule. In 20 years of taking pets to the vet, this has NEVER happened. Spend your money elsewhere."
