"Everything seemed a little scattered / shelves unorganized. However they were putting Christmas items out so I’m sure that was a huge part of it. This location is a little smile to other Michael I’ve been to. The staff was very helpful and when I asked where something they were prompt on helping. The cashier was big on using the self check out, versus waiting in line for her, which believe it or not made everything faster. I have not been inside a Michael’s in a long, long time. I forgot how large the craft selections/ items there are inside just one store. There was also a pretty large selection of discounted items. Parking was a little tough because it was at the Avenue and there’s many stores, but the outside and inside of the facility were both very well kept and clean .I would recommend if you know what you want. If what you want it pretty basic, and you want a quick in and out trip to the craft store."

"I appreciate that this store is SO clean and organized, but huge YIKES at the customer service or lack thereof. I was apparently a complete bother to a girl on her phone and with headphones on to ask her where something was located. And then I stood over at the registers to see not a soul only to be asked, “you know there’s self checkout, right?” by an employee. “Um, no I didn’t know that.” Like what’s the point in me not just walking out with all my items? No one would have cared less if I paid. Great business model."

"This Michaels store is my favourite one for getting crafting and painting stuff. They have very good deals. I love the sketchbooks they sell, although I wish they had more options of paper, brands, and sizes. Recently they added a self checkout system which is very nice."
