"I used to love shopping at this location, not so much anymore. They have closed all the registers around the store except for the ones in the ladies department. It is a huge counter with 5 registers, but only 2 are staffed. The line has 10 or more people in it every time I shop, and the wait is quite long. It reminds me of standing in the long, winding lines at Ross, but without the discount prices. Most of the dressing rooms have been closed as well. It is a long walk with an armload of merchandise if you want to try anything on. Such a disappointment considering what a lovely store it used to be."
"The store is so congested and the aisles are so small I don't know how anyone could get through the aisles looking at clothes with a walker or wheelchair. There are clothes everywhere and I think the store almost looks like a rummage store the way it is kept."

"I made an online purchase and went to the store to pick it up. I had to wait about 20 minutes and was redirected to several different places to retrieve my order. It was supposed to be delivered curbside. Although my experience at the store wasn't the best, I really love my purchases item. Great quality."
