"I'm a dance teacher and former five year Dallas Cowboys Cheerleader deep into my 4th quarter. Trust me, I've been around a dance store or two. I drove 5.5 hours from SC to visit DanceMax in Marietta to have my daughter **PROPERLY** fitted for toe shoes (She was gifted with an Egyptian foot and disappearing heel.) There is no store in the South that rivals their brand selection, depth or professionalism. Thank you to the entire brilliant and good-looking staff for the attention and kindness. You have gained two life long fans!"
"No customer service. Walked in no one greeted me or came to help me. Walked around the store for at least 15 minutes was not acknowledged. As I walked out the woman coming in was greeted immediately."
"Favorite local spot for dancewear. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. They have an extensive selection of shoes, leotards, etc. Cannot recommend this shop enough!"
"I had two students get fitted for pointe shoes. The pointe of the fitting is to make sure the shoe properly fits on the dancers foot. Both of my dancers shoes always slips off. I have to wait in between combinations so they can adjust and the store sewed their ribbons as well. I feel so bad for my girls cause they spend most of their pointe class adjusting their shoes. The parents have to now go get new shoes when they should not have to. They have only had them two months and are doing pre pointe work in them so it’s not like they are wearing them out. Sad experience for their first pair. I wouldn’t recommend getting a fitting from there."
"I went in yesterday to get new tap and jazz shoes, leotard and tights for my 8 year old. Everyone was warm in their greeting, we were acknowledged and helped right away. Tayla was super sweet, helpful and professional. Thanks for making sure my daughter's first day of dance started well."
