"Drivers are great, but dispatch? Not so much. No confirmation of ride, dispatcher carried on multiple conversations simultaneously, sent me to voicemail; when I called back she claimed she’d spoken to me. And that’s why I’d go through the hassle of calling back?! Took me 20 minutes of multiple calls just to find out if they were coming, and yes, I was late to my doctors appointment."

"My son and I use their services all the time. They give us exceptional service. Their Driver Fi Fi is the best! I will definitely request her again for our transportation needs. I give her 5+ stars. We never had a problem using their services. We will continue to use them. Always make sure to confirm your pick up times the day before your appointments & ask who will be picking you up then everything should go smoothly. Communication is key with everything. Keep up the great work and awesome service! Thank you again."

"If I could give negative 5 I would. This company is horrible! Scheduled a pick up and was never picked up. Called to speak with someone and couldn’t get an answer after multiple tries. Finally got someone on the phone….THE NEXT DAY and was told the ride wasn’t guaranteed. Shut this place down immediately because this is ridiculous and causing people to miss important appointments. If you can just get a Lyft or Uber."

"Booked online for next day pickup to the airport. Had confirmation email and they charged a deposit but they never showed. Called the number in the email after waiting 30 minutes and the guy who answered was unable to help. He couldn't even tell me if they had my reservation. Would give zero stars if I could. Used Lyft instead and driver was with me within 5 minutes and charged half the price."

"What a wonderful service. We were stranded in Charlotte after the Billy Joel concert, did not know the city, and Lyft never showed up. It got so late, I called the hotel to find out how e could get back. He recommended yellow cab. That surprised us a we hadn't seen any cabs. I called them and they had a drive who called us to let us know where he was and that he would reach us in 4 minutes. We were astounded when called in under 4 minutes to say he was on our block. The gentleman was so cordial and caring. He used his knowledge of the city to get around the horrific traffic. On arrival at our destination, he heard me say I was running to the convenience store down the block and warned me to take care and not to make eye contact. He actually watched us on our way. I can't say enough good about the driver. Yellow Cab should be very proud of him."
