"Shortly after I adopted a puppy from a local farm, he died from Lepto. Never had a chance to even get their shots in, the place where I picked him up said they had done the basic ones. So after that I adopted his brother and was very concerned about making sure he would get all the necessary shots and care. So I took him here thinking this seemed like a nice place where people cared about your pet. Unfortunately, while the doctors were nice to me the staff was uncaring and unprofessional. In addition to trying to nickel and dime you for every expense, they would write personal opinions in my puppies file such as "talk too much" on a date I was concerned about my puppies health after the death of his brother. Would not recommend this place to anyone."

"Don't go there as a new patient unless you are absolutely sure. We signed up and gave them the $75.00 deposit. When we got home we found our dog was sick. Bleeding. We called Flint. There was no Dr. There at 10 to 4. They closed at 4. We where told to take our dog to our old vet. We called them. They took us ASAP. When I called Flint on Monday to tell them what happened with my old Vet. We had decided to stay there. They told us we couldn't have our deposit back."
