Dr. Byung Kim

Dr. Byung Kim is a board-certified hematologist-oncologist located at 6118 190th Street in New York, United States. Dr. Kim takes a personalized approach to patient care, specializing in thoracic and GI oncology. He received his Doctor of Medicine from St. George’s University and completed his Internal Medicine Residency and Hematology-Oncology Fellowship at Roger Williams Medical Center/Boston University, where he also served as Chief Medical Resident. With previous experience at the Harold Alfond Center for Cancer Care, Dr. Kim has a strong background in cancer treatment. He has also held leadership positions at Maine General Medical Center, where he was the former Chairman of the Cancer Committee and Medical Oncology physician leader for the National Accreditation Program for Lung and Rectal Cancer.
