"live with the regret of putting my husband in this terrible doctor's care. I never wish bad on anyone but I hope she is stripped of her medical license. Her and her "team" of incompetents made my life miserable during one of my family's most difficult times. All of her appointments are telavisits, where she has you in the waiting room for two plus hours, then speaks to you for five minutes. It feels like a fast food drive through. She nor her team ever responds to messages in the patient portal but insist you use it for communication purposes. She claims any medical documentation needed for work will take 14 business days to be drafted which is ridiculous in itself but you will have to steadily harass her team for it. I ended up communicating solely through a patient advocate because she never responded to anything. I honestly believe, like the previous reviewer, if she deems your cancer untreatable she doesn't feel like you are worth her it"

"I’ve never written a review before but feel this is necessary. May 1st my 38 y/o brother was diagnosed with stage 4 pancreatic cancer & this was his doctor. We were very disappointed in the care my brother received from Dr. Nusrat. So much so we tried to request a new doctor several times to which we were told by her “the oncology team is aware of this situation and we would all do the same treatment plan.” Giving us no opportunity to at least talk to any other oncologist at Sloan. It was not until I publicly went on twitter to complain about not being able to get a new doctor did patient relations get in touch with us to switch. My brother received horrible care under this doctor. Treatments/blood work were delayed, pushed back, or canceled frequently. When we were told medications would be sent to our pharmacy it turns out they were not, we had to call several times to get the orders sent over and over again. And sometimes by the time we got to our pharmacy and realized the meds were not ordered, this doctor was no longer working and it took several calls to get in touch with her to finally get the meds. Meetings with doctor were scheduled for certain times and either cancelled or delayed by hours leaving my brother sitting in Sloan for hours at a time being extremely sick and tired. Bedside manner? None. My brother died almost two weeks ago and while I am not unaware that he was facing terminal cancer ,I firmly believe that the neglectful care he received under Dr. Nusrat prevented us from having more time with him. Had this doctor not treat him like he had a common cold from the start, perhaps he would have more quality of life and more time with us. Perhaps the type of cancer was unfamiliar to Dr. Nusrat which is understandable because it was rare but not giving us the opportunity it’s to talk to other doctor for a second, or maybe third opinions was unfair. We really were not even sure if the rest of the oncology team felt the way she said because we never had a chance to discuss with anyone else. but the overall experience with this doctor was extremely unpleasant and I would not recommend her."
