"Unfortunately, my experience with Dr. Brenda Panzera has not begun on a positive note. At my first appointment in November, as a new patient, referred by a former colleague of Dr. Panzera, she was "unavailable" and I saw only the nurse practitioner. She encouraged me to make another appointment as soon as possible which I did. On my second visit in December, I was astonished, disappointed and truly dismayed to hear that Dr. Panzera was - yet again - unavailable. I have yet to meet. I am unsure whether I'm looking forward to it or not. I fault NYCBS just as much as I hold Dr. Panzera responsible for what can only be described as unacceptable service."

"I have been cared for by Dr. Panzera since January of 2017 -- and "cared for" is an understatement. To my shock, I had found myself with a cancer diagnosis just before Christmas of 2016; my first call went to my personal physician, who said, "What you need is a great oncologist who is also a kind person." He called Dr. Panzera right away; I met her and never looked back. She is unfailingly kind, extremely vigilant and highly respected by her colleagues for her depth of knowledge and yes, her kindness. Nothing seems to please her more than to walk into an examining room and see that you are doing well. Much of our visit time involves talking about our families, which speaks volumes about her and is also very comforting to a patient. I had some serious bumps in the road during chemotherapy but she was at the hospital every day checking in on me, even though she had other obligations. I'm seven years past that first meeting and cannot imagine having gone through this process with anyone else but Dr. Panzera. I feel very blessed to have her at my side!"

"The Entire staff from the receptionists, the people who draw the blood, the intake nurses and Dr. Panzera are ABSOLUTELY THE BEST. Everyone I've dealt with here have been considerate, pleasant and caring. It's the only place I don't worry about being having a brused arm after a blood draw and Dr.Panzera is compassionate and patient in the time she takes with us. She actually listens and responds to any questions or concerns. I'd give them 10 stars if possible."
