"People, AVOID this place!!! Ask for another referral even if your primary physician refer this person to u at first place. She doesn’t know how to respect her patients AT ALL!!!! As a Doc, you’ll need to expect patients will have concerns about their health and I asked politely as always, but she picked up the phone call (transferred from receptionist) and started to yell at me for no reason!! I haven’t have any chance to say anything before she started to yell at me! Seriously, Where’s your professionalism as a Doc!? I’ve been visiting different doctors due to my parents’ needs, but never having a Doc yelling at me over the phone and in person. This is unacceptable!!!"

"She was my primary doctor for almost a year. Doctor Ching Wong is very smart, although she is not very respectful. She knows well about her specialty, hematology, but I had an hernial disc and osteoarthritis and she never paid attention to that. At the end I had to change of doctor."

"This doctor’s office is questionable when it comes to professionalism. The wait is hours even with an appointment. The hygienic aspect is questionable as well, as I’ve seen the doctor wear the same gloves for multiple patients. It seems as if staff is treated poorly as the doctor’s mannerism changes drastic from talking kindly to patients to belittling her staff."

"I don’t think this doctor knows how to write a doctor note, if she does, then why she gave us a very bad attitude every time when we requested for it, she was fine the other time. We requested twice, first time was for sick leave, and this time was for back to work. She didn’t give me a chance to answer when she was nonstop asking questions and was walking back and forth from different rooms while she’s talking to us. I turned out to keep myself silence and let her finish her talking. Also, the way she talked was like yelling to us. Doctor, if you don’t have time, we can wait until you do, but you don’t need to treat us in this way. We don’t deserve this. I’ve never seen a doctor treating patients in such rude way. If you have another option, I highly recommend do not go to her"
