And the medical assistants make sure my chart is fully up to date. They treat you like you’re a person, not patient #12345 Dr Rubin explains results to me and what they mean. Tells me every time what she’s watching for and the differences from last visit. Through checkup too. Overall I give them a 5 star"

"Staff is wonderful. They always have time to answer all my question. They always try to accommodate you by giving you the time and day you want for your next appointment. My doctor always makes sure she comes to see me or send someone to see me when I'm hospitalize, even when I'm there for illness that has nothing to do my condition she treating me for. My doctor is very thorough with explaining my condition to me as well as taking any test that needs to be taken if other symptoms makes my condition worst or she feels it could be affecting my condition. I appreciate this because some of my other doctors don't seem to take what I tell them seriously enough or request more testing or follow up."
