"I was very satisfied with the bathroom renovation done by Mr. Ra and Venturi Restoration. Mr. Ra is a skilled and courteous project manager who listens to the customer's preferences and ensures quality work. He helped me with the insurance claim and the selection of materials for the flooring, cabinet and sinks. He was quick to resolve any issues that came up during the process. I would definitely recommend Mr. Ra and Venturi Restoration to anyone looking for a professional and reliable contractor. I plan to hire them again for future projects."
"I am thrilled with my kitchen renovation. The entire crew from the project manager, floor installation crew, secretary all were very professional, pleasant and prompt. I will recommend to everyone needing assistance."
"This team did an excellent job on my home. My dishwasher leaked water all over the kitchen floor requiring water mitigation. The team which included Maurice and Keith, as well as some other great guys whose names I don’t remember, were efficient, on time and communicated well. They went out of the way to make sure I was satisfied with the work. One of them even carried my dog back into the house when they were leaving because he followed them to their truck. I highly recommend this team."
"When I moved to Fayetteville I asked around about any reputable general contractors. "They're all hacks," I was told. Needless to say, I was nervous when Venturi answered the call to restore water damage. I ended up being more than pleasantly surprised by Mr. Samuel James and Mr. Jose. From responsiveness to care of my personal belongings, and obviously the quality of the work being done itself. I genuinely felt like I had some experienced individuals looking after me. I can't recommend them enough."
"Hard pass….I do not recommend. Their organic employees are professional and thorough, except the painters, and the subcontractors are unskilled laborers who do horrible work. Almost every job has had to be redone. I had to have several conversations with the management about the lack of quality of work. I should not have to explain to workers what they are here to do. They didn’t wear booties, lay down drop cloths, or when they put on booties just wore them in and out of the house dripping drywall mud and paint everywhere. They do not use painter’s tape so there are no crisp lines, just completely unprofessional. They cracked my bathtub because they dropped the toilet into it. Tile work is uneven, crooked, and pops when you walk on it. Painters never tape anything off, they get paint everywhere. The painters removed a hard wired smoke detector and recapped wires, not a single one of them is a licensed contractor or licensed electrician. I’m missing air vent covers and a valance to my custom blinds, they also got paint on them as well. They painted a whole room the wrong color. The drywall/paint crew honestly did horrible work. They are unskilled subcontractors with no oversight. They used my wife’s new Shark vacuum to clean up their drywall dust mess and ruined it. They got paint all over my front lawn which I contract a company to maintain. I can honestly say my house looks worse now than before they started. It was not restored to its original condition. An absolutely disappointing experience that has dragged on for several months due to incompetence. Update: USAA sent out a third party neutral IA to assess the damages, who agreed there are still issues in the home and produced an estimate in the amount of $8,240.56 that needed to be redone of the original approved $10,128.97 estimate. They did not include the bathroom floor tile in this estimate although the IA stated that as well needed redone, mind you it’s been done twice, and still not correctly done. This further supports my claim they did not do the job correctly. This project started in March/April. Update: It’s December and I still haven’t been compensated for the liability claim and repairs. Apparently the valance they told me they were ordering back in July/August never was ordered and the last thing on the list before compensation will be issued. They knew the vendor, process, and cost 4-6 months ago so it appears customer service and getting this done are not priorities for them. Once I get the money back I get to start the process all over again to find reputable contractors to repair everything."
