"I called this company today to get a deep cleaning done on my home and then potentially continue with cleaning twice a month. The man who answered the phone was extremely unprofessional. Told me he was going to send me a checklist showing me everything they would be doing for the initial cleaning. He said the initial cleaning was going to cost about $400, would require payment upfront, and couldn't give me a general timeline for how long this type of cleaning typically takes. He emailed me the checklist, which had a completely different cleaning companies name and address on it (a Seattle, Washington address). When I questioned why this didn't have his companies name on it, he said "Oh I sent you the wrong one" and then proceeded to send me a new checklist with his companies name over the other companies name on the same checklist. When I continued checking out this company, I found the owner has given his own company a 4 star review (Jerrick Adams) and there are several other 4 star reviews given by people with the last name Adams. The owner does not even speak professionally, called me during this process and begins the conversations with "Hey.." Think I saved myself $400, this whole situation stinks of a scam."

"We scheduled a walk-through. He asked me to call him back in a couple days to confirm as opposed to him calling me to confirm. Even after I called to confirm, he didn’t show up for the walk-through. When I called to see what happened, he told me that he was just getting started trying to put together his business and that’s why he wasn’t on top of it. He seems like a nice guy, but I would give it at least a full year before I would rely on them. One thing to add: his claim below about trying to call me about an emergency is not true. He made no contact attempt. When I called him an hour after he was supposed to arrive, he was confused as to what I was calling about and then after realizing he had goofed, he claimed that he was just getting out of a meeting. I suggested he get an assistant to help him with the organizational aspect of his business and he said he'd be putting up a post today to hire one, so maybe things will turn around for Adam's Cleaning Service. I'd be more concerned as a customer about the fact that he has not taken ownership of any of the claims that SEVERAL customers have consistently made about his lack of followthrough. Adam, for what it's worth, it would go a lot further as to your professionalism if your replies to negative reviews said something like "I'm sorry you had a bad experience and I will work to get better" rather than making up fake excuses the way little kids do when they get in trouble. All my best and I know you can turn it around if you commit to being more organized and communicative with your customers."

"Amazing job! My dog had diarrhea and throw up all over my living room and dining room. They quickly came over and cleaned everything! Looks like brand new carpeting now! And very reasonably priced!"
