"I wish they would tie the bags at the end so coat belts wouldn’t fall out of the bag like mine did and it fell while I was taking it out of my car while it was raining. So not only did it hit the wet ground, but I accidentally stepped on it too. That really upset me and wouldn’t have happened had the bags been tied at the end. I also didn’t like how they put 6 items under one bag and some of the items were longer than the bag so I had the bottom parts of items hanging out of the bags, which made them open to get dirty. What’s the point of dry cleaning when you pick up the items and a good portion of them are hanging below the bag not covered. Other than that they did a great job on my items. You can’t find another dry cleaner in Asheville who can clean leather, suede, boots, sneakers and purses. I also didn’t like that they ran my card before telling me they were running it. In aspects of the job they do, they do a great job. I wish they would just tie the end of the bags to better cover the bottom part of the items from getting dirty."

"I traveled into Asheville for my wedding and needed to get my wedding dress steamed after traveling with it. I called about ~1 week prior and while they were busy they were able to fit me in and took great care of my dress! They even finished my dress early (and it had A LOT of layers). Overall, good prices and great quality services. Would 10/10 recommend!!"
