"Poorly managed. Within 3 months, they have lost 2 pairs of pants. I was willing to forgive one pair as an honest mistake, but 2 pairs suggests a need for improvement. No manager on site, and after attempting to get a resolution on the second lost pair after waiting a week,, I was told to "give them more time." Owner/manager on speaker phone refused to pay for the lost item. Don't go here!"

"Always a great experience here!!! I’ve never had an issue with the dry cleaning or alterations. The ladies that work there are always so much fun and so very helpful! They are in the process of extending their hours and they always get the clothes back so fast!! I highly recommend J&S!!"

"I was impressed by the customer service and appreciation for my business right away. When I dropped off 4 sport coats, I was offered a 5% discount for prepayment. Easy choice. Then I almost forgot to pick them up the day they said they’d be ready, so I called late in the day to let them know I was on the way, and was met with an extremely polite response. When I got home with my jackets I noticed how nicely they were assembled on hangers with a shaper and protective cover, and that they had included a “separator” which kept them from having to button them, helping retain a nice flat front. Yeah. I’ll go back. In a heartbeat!"

"If I could give this place no stars I would. Let me just first start by saying that the old white lady who works there is extremely unprofessional. I dropped off a duvet cover and two pillow shams about 5 days ago and was told that i could pick them up on Monday and they would be ready. I drove all the way from Sanford(because i just relocated), and she tells me that they aren’t ready. So I politely said no problem, may I get a discount for being inconvenienced. She responds rudely by saying “NO!” I then responded by asking her if I could go ahead and grab my items and leave because I no longer lived in this area. She responded again by telling me, the items aren’t here but if I wanted, I could drive to a different location to pick them up. I’m specifically giving this place a one star because she did not for once apologize for me being inconveienced or offer a discount or future discount. The entire time, she rolled her eyes and shrugged her shoulders. I am very dissatisfied with this experience as she displayed horrific customer service. No one should have to experience this. Please do not use this place to get your clothes cleaned. The customer service is horrible!!!!!"
