"I had requested a copy of my high school diploma. After going back and fourth with them and the company saying that my school has to order it; meanwhile my school told me that this company orders them, I finally got some answers and all they needed was my transcript - which they should have just stated in the beginning because I had that and easily sent it right over! Well, that was sent and the ridiculous price was paid ($40 for a piece of paper). Now it has been 6 weeks and I have not received anything. I NEED this for my job to get a certification and I have reached out and their original time frame of "6 weeks" has now turned into 8 weeks! This company is BEYOND unprofessional and I truly hope NO SCHOOL DISTRICT uses them for anything!"

"Ordered a cap and gown as an graduation gift March 26 2022 the graduation was May 6 2022. The cap and gown never came and the person I bought it for had to wear a cap and gown the school provided resulting in the cap falling off and the gown being way to big also graduated with out stoles. Have yet to receive refund."

"If I could give this company zero stars I would. Ordered cap and gown on March 25th for graduation on May 6th. Didn’t receive it, along with several others of the graduating class. They said they were doing FedEx 1 Day shipping but even that barely helped. Calling customer service was no use as after being on hold for 45 minutes they could only see the same as the customer saw in terms of where my order was. Constantly guaranteed we’d be getting our cap and gown either that week or the night before but nope did not receive it. Very disappointing as this is a memory I will remember for the rest of my life and it’s obvious from previous reviews dating back to six years ago, this company does not care. How you guys are still around I have no idea."

"Hold times are crazy. Hard to get someone useful on the phone. Still struggling to get a refund, with an order I returned in February. It’s now almost April. Very frustrating. Never get to speak to accounting or a manager. Continuously the reps say the same things as if scripted. Not helpful when it comes to customer service at all. Very concerned over them not returning my money..."

"This is obviously a scam that is setup between schools and this company, probably with some lucrative kickbacks. You must buy the overpriced gown and cap from here. They never provide delivery status. Customer service is like talking into an abyss. Your item may be delivered to the school or may be to your home. Well which one? They don't know. How about when? They don't know. Has it already been shipped? They don't know. But they know very well to charge and collect the money."
