Build-A-Bear Workshop

"here it goes... Drove to RFM JUST to go to build a bear since it was my baby's 2nd bday and wanted him to fully experience how wonderful building a bear was. there was a line of one person in front of us, so we did it. the young guy took the boy to stuff his bear did the whole stuffing, wonderful, good for him, FINISHED. he saw us looking at him, he saw that my 2 yr old was getting antsy, stood up, walked away.... came back a few minutes later and told a group of teenage girls that it was THEIR turn. at this point i was livid. you see us waiting on-line, i spoke up and he said to wait until the 3 teenage girls were done for us to go. soooo you see us waiting and then have the audacity to tell new costumers to go in front of us, nono. i dropped everything and we left. i understand it was busy-ish but you dont do that, managerial staff please train your employees better. smh"

"I had a great time here! There are different bears that you can choose from. Additionally, there's also clothes & accessories that you could buy for your bear here. They also allow you to add a sound. You can also register your bear and get a birth certificate here. Customer service here is also a plus. They'll answer your questions, and they are very attentive."

"Clean and fun place located inside Roosevelt Field Mall! Staff is nice and let people browse without feeling pressured to buy. Please double check your bears before they sew them up! Sometimes some stuffing might be missing on some ends. Staff was helpful, quick and efficient. Was also excited to see they had inventory that was sold out online. Thanks!"
