"Representatives don’t have any idea about anything. They just refer to any other department or online. Even though I needed help with an email which sent by their department and they said they don’t know whom I can reach out to. First the lady said don’t believe degree works and then after 2 minutes the same lady said whatever it says in your degree works that’s it. Even though I had tickets no. She didn’t even open that to Che what is going on. I saw 2 other students came for something and that lady said she doesn’t know.If they can’t help us then what is the reason them to sit there for nothing. Department should look into this."
