"Marlene has made me a Reeds girl! I have been a Kay’s customer for years. We went to Kay’s at 6:40… not knowing that all the jewelry stores close at 7. They told us that they already put the product away and couldn’t help us. I walked a few steps over to Reeds and told Marlene that they said they couldn’t help us. She looked at her watch, said “it’s still early… that’s crazy” and went above and beyond to show me my options. Her taste is impeccable, she was able to answer all my questions, and even helped us come in under our requested budget. By the time we picked our rings and were checked out it was 7:10. I feel terrible that she had to work even a second after 7, but she was so professional and kind and genuinely wanted to help us despite the time. There was a male coworker in the store who overheard our situation with Kays and said “this is a very important time for y’all, please do not feel like you need to rush.” It was very obvious to me that not only was Marlene amazing, but that the high standard of genuine customer service is obviously mirrored throughout this location. We will be back and I will refer everyone to this location based solely off of the impact this 20 minute interaction made on me. Let me also note that a couple came into the store even later than we did and were given the same level of service."

"When I walked into Reeds I was clueless about watches. This outstanding gentleman, Barry took me around the whole store and gave me a thorough explanation about all of the brands, the different watch movements, and history of the brands. He sold me this Watch (2022 Red Bull F1) and I'm certain he'll be selling me many more. He's a golden gem to the Reeds brand. All of the staff members were amazing and very attentive to my needs. Even the manager walks out and greets me personally everytime I walk in the store. Thanks Barry for the amazing experience and being on-call for my questions at all times.
