"I had such a wonderful experience at this store thanks to Jean, Angie and Rocco. Long story short the store I purchased all of my jewelry from in NJ made some mistakes and Jean literally saved the day for me. I was missing a stone on my engagement ring and Jean sent it in to be replaced and fixed all the inconsistencies on my customer profile. There was misinformation causing problems with my warranty and the NJ store threw their hands in the air basically saying it wasn't their problem. Jean handled it for me as if she knew me and I had been a long time customer for her. She said "we want you to be happy and if there is a problem we will do everything we can to fix it." If that's not customer service I don't know what is. Kay Jewelers almost lost a lifetime customer today. If it wasn't for Jean I wouldn't continue to shop there but now I am already in the process of getting custom gemstone jewelry. I can't say enough good things about my experience today."
