"The sign outside says they buy gold and silver so I went in to offload some that I had. The man tells me that they do not buy silver. And then tells me that my items were not real. Well a few were not they were gold filled but not all. I went to Atlatic Gold and Silver where they actually have a machine that analyzes the jewelry and three pieces of my gold was real and they took my sterling. The man at Empress was a jerk and could have been nicer. He was just looking for a quick turn aroung that he could resale for more. The men at Atlantic were so so nice and gave me a great deal."
