"I went to Mount Joy Physical Therapy for treatment. Clean place, professional, close to my doctors with private parking. The staff are nice and professional. Brian, an aide, is great, helpful, friendly and bilingual. He really knows how to multi-task. Lilly, another aide, is caring and nurturing. She always gives tips on using items around the house (can goods, water bottles & towel) to help with exercises at home. My P.T. is Oleg, confident and knowledgeable. He can be tough, but he gets results. He really helped me with stretching out my neck & lower back. I guess no pain no gain. Think of it as a vigorous day at the spa. The next day you feel refreshed. He is diligent and willing to help you in every step of your recovery. Unfortunately, I hurt my achilles tendons and had to go back to therapy. My Podiatrist, suggested a place but, I went back to Oleg. No pain no gain. He is my guy."
