"I contacted this agency in May2023.initially coordinator "EVELIN Parra"took all information and told me for waiting time of 3months which i agree and later which i reach out to her she told me i have to wait till december 2023.Since now she doesn't respond to my email i try reaching out through phone and office visits she's always busy or she's not at office.Try to file complaint with receptionist looks like no body care.would not recommend to be in their trap of waiting list and avoid this agency."

They were very helpful, and every evaluator were very detailed with their reports and helped us get the IEP meeting set before my child's birthday. My only feedback is, during the evaluation process, it was often difficult to get in contact with specific people I needed to reach out to. However, email was the best way to contact them. I would definitely come back to Achieve Beyond for any services I may need for my child."

"In the beginning I had a coordinator named Saony that sucked. I requested another person to take over my daughters case. We got super lucky & got a fantastic person named Monica A. I'm very grateful I was given her. Monica's work ethic is AMAZING. She actually cares about her cases. In all honesty she was just phenomenal. "Initally I called on November 2022 and they told me that there is waiting list for 2 months, I provided them all the necessary documents with our daugther insurance and all the required documents. After waiting for 7 months, on May 2022 they told me that they dont take the the current insurance, then we changed her insurance and they said to wait 8 weeks, we waited almost 9 months abnd called them on 2nd weeks of July, again they saying the waitlist is for another 2 months and they are not even sure of enrolling our child. I wasted almost a year depending on them. So I wish the employee tell the truth. So avoid this agency to save your valuable time."
