"DO NOT USE THEM. THEY ARE MONEY HUNGRY AND UNPROFESSIONAL. Regine is amazing and I wish she worked for someone else because I would love to continue with her. I was unable to get through to them to cancel and appointment due to a death and they didn't answer then tried to charge me EXTRA for missing it. How about having people actually answer the phone instead of having them call and reach a text message instead."
