"The customer service is totally unprofessional. I called and gave my billing info and was told when it was approved they would call to make an appointment. 2 weeks went by I called to follow up, and was told someone would call back. A week later someone calls back and I gave the days and times I’m available which was very flexible, and was advised they had no availability but are taking on new therapists and that would open more times. Once again I was told someone would call back. So 2 weeks goes by I call to follow up, there are no new updates and they had me down to go to the wrong clinic. I asked to speak to a manager and was told one would call back. I asked for the manager Ms name and she said she will tell you when she calls. It’s almost a week I haven’t received a call back. Now I’ve wasted a month and have to look elsewhere. However, I will be filing a complaint and it will be above the manager level."

"Although the therapist are nice here the staff still aren't. Constantly getting complaints from lieing staff here that I've been late when I haven't. Coming 20 to 10 minutes early. The staff here need better training and management compared to the specialists."

"As a mother of two with mental disorders, I acknowledge the long wait period. However, the wait time doesn't have to do with the receptionist, it has to do with the facility capacity and open availability. I waited 5 months for my children to be seen and I only waited because I was recommended to see one of the doctors. So the CRUEl comments about receptionist and staff are very UNPROFESSIONAL. The treatment that my family and I received from the receptionist/ staff including Patricia, was very compassionate and understanding. Lastly, if the staff calls you back is because they have availability and will make an appointment during that call. Best regards!"

"Friendly staff. Kind therapist. I was able to get my In-person appointment with no issues at all. The Waiting area and Consultation room were nice and clean. There was also Little to no wait time."

"Cindy The Decider If you're patient enough to be called back a month after being told "we will call you right back" you will be greeted by the lovely Cindy who will threaten to keep you from getting treatment if you don't give her the answer she seeks. I didn't realize Cindy the receptionists is the person who determines who gets treatment but according to her she is. If you're going through emotional distress and don't want to explain yourself in great details to a receptionists I don't blame you but calling this specific place will be a waste of your time. Cindy can care less if you're suicidal since we are all just a phone number of many that she needs to get to. Why have a receptionists with little empathy and patience have such an important role of calling people in distress? Shouldn't that be a role for someone more educated?"
