The owner I don't agree with being charged for parts that don't work and I have to buy another one I'm sorry that's not customer service and I'm banned from the place now for saying that now I have to send my 90 year old mother in there and the heat to go ask him some questions because I have to order something and I have no clue what the engine is they keep hanging up the phone won't talk to me Really great service"

"Completely dissatisfied with the sales and service. I purchased my scooter August 2021 the price 1,799 was supposed to get discount for paying cash, didn't get a discount paid full price. Was made many promises, and added warranty services completely manipulated by the Staff I trusted to be competent and of reputable business affairs. It's September 2022 I have yet to receive title, a manual or any good standings with trying to retrieve anything but a bad attitude non qualified staff without any customers service skills. I've only allowed this company to work on my scooter because I purchased it there and thought I would be treated fairly and that they "staff" would have the maintenance and common knowledge of the product they have in the business however, I have to do my own research to find the answers too my questions. Point blank... I have betrayed friends I've sent there because I gave a high recommendation that they would be absolutely satisfied with this company. had a friend purchase a new Scooter August 2022 another by a new helmet this past week. I now have over $3,000 in my scooter from repairs, replacement parts. I feel completely humiliated that I was too trusting and vulnerable and used by this company and would never again recommend anyone to fall prey too the deception that I received.. For the owner... I am desperately asking for help in making things right/fair. And again I need my title, my user manual and have the decency to help me gain my self respect that I lost during the process of dealing with this large financial purchase and emotional and mental stress."
