"Good store except the men's rest room is always a horror show. I use to do alot of traveling for my job and for a retail establishment it's one of the worst I've seen ."

"We came into the store to buy two gerbils for my son. We visited a couple times to scope them out and spoke with Emma both times. She was SO sweet and SO helpful. My son had lots of questions and she was really knowledgeable about gerbil care. I really appreciate her help and patience - it made for a special day for my kiddo!"

"This is a great store for a variety of needs. I bought my pond plants there this year for the first time and they were fantastic— I had so many flowers on my water hyacinths. Beautiful. There isn’t too many places to buy pond and fish supplies around north of canal on east side and they have a great assortment. They also have great selection of bird foods and suet and feeders and houses. Nice people too."

"Very nice store...always like to plant shop there. Staff has always been nice and this young woman no exception. The young man who helped me find scented geraniums was also nice. If staff was more knowledgeable with current sales/specials for customer planning and buying decisions- knowing before reaching register would be very helpful. I might have bought more. I haven't spent much time in pet department but it looks like a great place to meet your future family member and get all his/her food and toys too!"

"The Fairpirt location has a great self washes! The tubs are large enough for my golden/catahula mixto get a great scrub and no bending for me. Only complaint is that the blow-dryers dry barely anything; cold air & no pressure. I ended up leaving and drying him at home. Next time I will just bring my own dryer. They provide alot: aprons, towels (brought my own though), and a verity of brushes. They supply shampoo and conditioner as well. Staff was super courteous and let me stay till close with no complaint. They also keep the room super clean!For people with difficult dogs, this wash room is in the back and away from most store traffic. There is a window so only dogs that pass directly in front of the room can be seen."
