"Heather is great! Excellent grooming and care. Recently my dog was diagnosed with arthritis. I think she knew this before I did as she mentioned my dog's legs were extra sensitive while grooming. (She's been my dog's groomer for years.). Heather offered me helpful tips as well as sympathy. I would call her a full-service groomer and a friend."

"Booked an appt for my 17yr old shih tzu for what website states..."full grooming... per website definition". I called the shop and to let them know I was running late as I got held up at work. I asked that if they were unable to keep my appt because of me running late to call me and I'd reschedule. I did not get a call back. When I arrived I was given attitude because I was late. I explained to her, that I had called and left a message about being late and to call me if the appt needed rescheduling. She stated, I dont have time to listen to the messages as I'm so busy. My girl was given a cut only vs wash, shampoo, cut, bowdry, nail and anal glands. Price was on My 5$ less than full grooming. If you are that busy, please hire help. I also called back 2 months later to get my 2nd doggie in for grooming. I never got a call back then either. So I a have changed groomers."

He is possibly the worst client to have--not only does he squirm, but he gets aggressive when anyone touches his paws--but Heather is always happy to see him and is so nice and attentive. I have recommended Paw Springs to anyone I know who is looking for a groomer. You won't be disappointed!"
