"Horrible grooming experience here! May have just been an isolated event but my uncle has been bringing his dog to the pet supplies plus in penfield, but since they lost their groomer he was suggested to go here. The groomer told my uncle that his dog was too hard to manage, which is unheard of. Penfield NEVER had any issues with her and was always told she was a pleasure. It was atrocious the behavior of this groomer to say that she couldn’t come back to the location again. Clearly to me it seems this groomer didn’t know what they were doing or made a mistake and couldn't own up to it cause his dog is a sweetheart and wouldn’t hurt a fly. Very disappointing!"
