"I called to schedule an appointment. She took my name & number and someone will call me in a couple of days to do an Intake over the phone. So I waited a couple of days. A gentlemen called me and did the Intake over the phone that took about 10 minutes. Once he finished he said in a couple of week someone will contact me to schedule an appointment. I waited about two weeks before I received a call. She was calling to schedule an appointment with the counselor and have an Intake done. Then once that complete an appointment we be schedule to see the Dr. When I arrived for my appointment I had a lot of papers to complete and sign. Then they called me into the office. It felt uncomfortable when I went in the room because it was two men. So the counselor started and the Intake person was just writing. He asked me a couple of questions and then later on mention the medical insurance. How it work, what they get pay etc….. I believe he was more concern about my health insurance because he brought that up a couple of time. Finally, he came said let me wrap it up. He said that they are a small practice and the doctor is only in once a week. That is not a place for me. For me to contact my insurance and ask for a care coordinator and my doctor. And if I had any questions. At that point how can I ask questions when I’m upset. I being turn away and I waited so long for this appointment. Now I got to start all over again and look for a Dr. What a waste of my time that was for me and I left work early. If I went to the Dr. Office is because I am seeking treatment. Since it not him seeking treatment and he doesn’t understand how it feels. How can you assess a person in less than one hour and say that not the place for them. I could have at least been informed that there is no guarantee of getting seen by the Dr. Let down and disappointment."

This office is much smaller than the last one, but the experience is still phenomenal. I recommend this to anyone who needs counselling of any kind."
