"Highly recommend this place if you need physical therapy. The staff is very friendly and professional. They really take the time to listen to your concerns. I thought I was going to live in pain but I wake up feeling great. I use to wake up in pain from chronic pelvic pain but Im starting to feel a lot better after 2 weeks of therapy. I am hopeful that with continuous care from the staff here I can go back to my normal routine."

"I've been coming to Therapycare Physical Therapy (Bainbridge location) for over 2 months now and I've been having an AMAZING experience. I was experiencing lower back pain from previous medication (Accutane) and weight lifting and asked my PCP for a physical therapy referral. This facility is very close to me which makes my life so much easier. I come 1-2 times a week for functional strength training, stretching, and NormaTec compression therapy. All of these services are helping me tremendously in my training for the NYC Marathon in November. There are common misconceptions about physical therapy; most people think it's just massages but it's so much more! My sessions here feel like workouts which has ultimately increased my mobility and strength. The physical therapists I specifically work with (Supriya Shepherd, Sayali Sane, and Ruben) are extremely knowledgeable and they work so well with me. They actually take the time to learn about what areas I want to focus on for the session. I'm excited to continue physical therapy with this team, even beyond my race in November. I'd also like to give a shoutout to the Katherine, the woman at the front desk. She's super professional, kind, and knows how to do her job really well. "I have been coming to Therapycare for a few weeks due to neck pain and headaches. Everyone there has been very helpful and patient since my first visit. I already see improvements in my flexibility and a reduction in neck pain as a result of the exercises, heat therapy and massage that I have received in my therapy. "I had total knee replacement in February. Shortly after my surgery I went to the Bainbridge road location. I am very impressed by the knowledge and professionalism of all the people who works here. As a health care worker myself I can see that patient care is their high priority.
