"Real scammers. I read the reviews before going here and they weren’t lying. If you need something from this store, just avoid it. Many things don’t have stickers on them and they just make up prices. I went to buy some water wave hair and the price on the pack said $9.99. While it wasn’t on the pack I got, it was on the pack beside it. She scanned the pack I had and it wasn’t even in the system. Came up as $0… weird but ok. I said I was going to go get the other pack because I knew where it was at but she quickly stopped me because she said “it should be 7.99 or 9.99 lemme check” and I said “it should be $9.99.” Why did this lady come back and say the pack was $12.99? Now I paid it because I was tired and didn’t feel arguing or going back and forth about it, plus I also wanted to see if the lady at the register was going to be truthful and she wasn’t. But I most definitely won’t be shopping from here anymore. They really don’t have too much of a good selection of products anyways. Better to save the extra coins you lose from the scammers to put in your gas tank and drive to Beauty World or somewhere else where everything has a price on it!"

"The prices here are higher than majority of the beauty stores in Durham. Granted, they do have both high end and low end things but the prices are usually $3 more than the vendor or their competitors. I usually only come in and out for what I need if I don’t have time to go elsewhere. No tester items are on display either so you may want to be sure you know the product you are buying well. There is only one person who usually can help and understand what you’re looking for and need. While there are two people on register who don’t know the price of things and utilize the other lady who is helpful. The store is very cluttered and everything is kind of everywhere. There is always a line because of the disorganization. I really think the store has potential but as of now it’s not my go to or my first pick. You will have a hard time if the younger lady is not there and you need help finding a product or a recommendation for a good product. Two stars for the lady who helps and runs the whole store basically One star for location But this store needs to work it out"
