"Stopped by first thing in the morning to see if my battery was bad and needing replacement. Employee came out (heavy set white guy), tested (it was bad), but then complained about how its too difficult to replace. Dont offer services you cant fulfill Autozone. I was happy to take my vehicle down the street where they paid NAPA for a battery to install. Took less than 20min. That lost Autozone $300 and got you a 1 star review. Customer service is dead at these chain stores."
