"I made an appointment for my son, around October 20th, and was told the doctor would be back in the office, I told the receptionist, I was not willing to do teletherapy....So a December 1st appointment was made, in the office, Then on November 24th receptionist called me and told me my son's appointment would not be in the office and would be done by teletherapy.....
