"Terrible service! This the most ghetto unprofessional “establishment” that I ever been part of. The counselor Felicia Black wqs horrible! She did a subpar job during counseling appointments. Then she violated the patient confidentiality agreement my telling my childs moms personal information that was only spoken during our counseling sessions. When confronted, she proceeded to call me names and brag about how she has money for lawyers if I choose to take legal actions. I removed myself & my child from her services completely. Google a picture of Felicia Black and you’ll see exactly what I mean by GHETTO. Save yourself the time and save your children’s time. Typical black woman just wants to argue if you raise questions about her lackluster performance during counseling. Been there since may and NO IMPROVEMENT! She just milked me for my money apparently. BAD SERVICE‼️"
