"Dr Clark was hands down the best never had a doctor treat me with so much care he made sure my horrible experience losing a baby was met with the utmost care and comfortability I could have had But the on call phone nurse got loud with me when I called worried I was miscarrying for the third time in a row while being taken care of by them absolutely disgusting how she talks to women concerning their health get better manners or find a new job"

"Dr Clark is awesome. He delivered me as a baby back in 1990 and he was my doctor for both my pregnancies. During my first birth, I had some complications but Dr Clark’s calm and experience gave me the confidence to relax and push. When other nurses in the room failed to be able to physically handle the situation, Dr Clark handled it with definitive action and ease. He made me feel very comfortable."

"Nurse tried pushing the covid "vaccine" on me & then billed me for the "consultation." Was a patient for like 30 years & will NEVER set foot in that office again. Now, there is conveniently NO RECORD of that charge on my EOB... And FYI, they do abortions there..."

"I have had an issue almost every visit & I’m just shy of 20 weeks pregnant. The second visit I was told would just be a regular visit & next thing I know it’s an ultra sound, not bad just not expected & then we ended up waiting over an hour & a half with nobody coming in or saying anything. At the very least someone could have stopped in & let us know if the dr we saw just sitting in his office was busy with another patient or whatever the situation may be. We left extremely upset getting told by the receptionist that someone would be calling … No surprise I never got a call so I went onto the patient portal & left a long message about how unprofessional & nervous that makes me with these people that are supposed to be taking care of delivering my child. Finally get a call back & for half an hour she’s trying to politely blame me for that whole apt. Going against my judgement I kept my next apt & the nurse that brought us back was an older woman & had asked if this was our first I said no I have 2 others 11 & 12… I’m shocked her jaw didn’t break with how hard it dropped open to the floor & just stared at me in disgust (I’m 32 & was in my 20s when I had them & this 3rd baby is a miracle since my autoimmune disease & body have made it difficult) so we just stared at her I had tears in my eyes from being so rudely judged like that. Then we wait another 45 min for the dr (who is not who I was there to see anyways) walks in feels my stomach & says okay everything good? Alright see you in 3 weeks sorry about the wait & leaves … everything has not been good with my health but after ALL of that I decided to switch practices which is a whole other process in itself. NOT RECOMENDED!!!"

"I have had horrible experiences with this office. I recently experienced a miscarriage. When I went in for a follow up, the PA handed me a script for bloodwork and that was it. No one talked to me about anything. No one asked how I was feeling. I was told I needed to get HCG blood draws for a few weeks and when I went to get the blood drawn the doctor had never called in the script. Their bedside manner is terrible. I would NOT come to this office if you are looking for an OB in the Albany area."
