"I would rate 0 stars if I could I recently called to try and get my 6 month old in. I spoke with an INCREDIBLY rude person last week who said I had to have the Dr. contact the office with a referral. I ignored her nasty attitude and told her I had the referral in my hand and could email it over. She was not able to give me an email address, but instead demanded I go to the website and find it (which would have been fine if there was any trace of niceness in her tone), but she also didn't give me the website name (which no I did not have because I only had a phone number written on the referral from the pediatrician)!! Fast forward to this week. I email again for my son asking what the hold up it is. I get this as a response "I have contacted the office to send over more information and have yet to hear back." Ok - so I call my son's Dr, they call he eye doctor. Eye doctor's office says they spoke with my husband already.. BOLD FACED LIE. Absolutely do not waste your time on this place."
"When we first started going they were so nice. Now the staff is abrasive and rude and it’s very challenging to get an appointment within a reasonable time frame. In regards to doctor experience Dr.Storey is very short with children. She we rude to my children and got annoyed when they had a hard time staring where the bright light was. She also stated there was a major problem with one of my child’s eyes and we came back for a follow up she was very annoyed that we got a second opinion and asked why we were even at the follow up if we chose to get a second opinion with a specialist. We ended up seeing Dr Barry one day for an urgent matter and when I asked to switch to him as our doctor the staff was so grumpy. Then when we went back a couple weeks later for a follow up we were told Dr.Barry wouldn’t see us unless we did a full blown initial eye exam with dilating eyes. We were told we had no choice it had to be done even though we were told this was a quick follow up appointment. We were told the appointment with dilation would be 45 mins to 1 hour we were there for over 3 hours and they got annoyed that my newborn was crying. It was really a frustrating experience."
"We had a great experience with Dr. Story, she was attentive and caring. The wait time was normal, there is tv and many toys and coloring pages in the waiting room to pass the time. All the staff were professional and very nice."
"My child is now 13 and has been coming here sense 4 yrs old. They are very good the best around in my opinion however it makes no sense to me that you have to book an appointment months ahead of time yet still wait an hour at least to see doctor.Just completely clear your schedule on eye doctor day."
"We have twins and they needed a routine checkup. Though, our appointment was at 1:30 pm, we were able see the doctor around 2:30 pm. Despite the wait, it was a good experience. Staff members were nice and friendly."
