"Ever since my Gynocologist merged w CRWC patient care has been HORRIBLE. I have had excruciating pain and have only been able to see a doctor I have never seen and who is with CRWC and his service was TERRIBLE. He didn’t listen to anything I said and dismissed my pain. Also it is IMPOSSIBLE to find out if I have an appointment now- I’ve called three times and no one seems to have a clue about my appointment TOMORROW. They are extremely unprofessional and do not have care for their patients I wish my Gynocologist never merged with this place. I am only staying with this company for Doctor Allison who was my previous doctor and is extremely caring. If you have to go here, see her she is the only one that actually helps and cares about her patients."
"The only thing about this place that deserves 5 stars is Dr. Allison. Dr. Allison is wonderful, attentive, and extremely knowledgeable with every detail of her work. She makes you feel comfortable and heard with all the problems you may have. The rest of the staff, on the other hand, is rude, impatient, and snobby. I had an appointment scheduled for 9:45 this morning. I arrived at 9:46 and was told I needed to reschedule because I should have arrived 15 minutes early, at 9:30, instead. If you want your patients to arrive early, do not schedule them for 15 minutes later than you expect, it’s confusing and inconvenient for everyone involved. Definitely considering going elsewhere for my woman’s care."
"Dr. Allison is fantastic. She maintains a positive, upbeat attitude that never fails to put me at ease in potentially uncomfortable situations. I trust her knowledge and skills and she has been consistently punctual in my experience. As for the rest of the office, I have mixed reviews - but it’s worth it to see a provider who knows what they’re doing with good bedside manner to boot."
"I've had an absolutely wonderful experience here. They have been prompt with scheduling and Dr. Allison is wonderful, compassionate, and extremely well educated. As a trans individual, she knew everything about hormones and how it can affect my reproductive tract. As a survivor of abuse, she was very calm and let me know every action before doing it during the appointment. I truly appreciated her extra care and attentiveness for my consent. This one of the only doctor's appointments I've ever felt totally safe, supported, and listened to during. I'd highly recommend Dr. Allison! Not sure about the others in this practice, of course, but my experience with her has been great. Reception is pretty normal--mixed experiences there, but good enough especially when you get to see such an awesome provider as a result."
