As for your business overall when I was arranging these and another recent referral, I was disappointed not to be able to talk to someone when I called. And as I explained in my follow up attempts, I did get a call back from someone responding to my voice mail about that referral, but they did not contact me after, about getting the referral. Later, including monday, other staff couldn't find information or help me at the office."

She was very reassuring, kind and compassionate and I felt much better about going there after speaking to her about my upcoming appointment and I thanked her profusely. Once I arrived, the front desk was efficient. Pat was the technician and I found him to be kind, compassionate and reassuring. He walked me through the procedure, had a soothing voice and I never lost sight of him. What I thought was going to be a horrible experience, turned out to be much easier than I anticipated, which was mostly due to the staff.
