"I’ve booked an appointment 3 weeks ago, that has been automatically confirmed 3 times approaching the date. On the same late morning of the appointment a manager calls to cancel saying that there has been an emergency. Later on I found out that the doctor went on vacation. I found very unprofessional that nobody informed me in advance, I would not lose my day off or I would go to somebody else as I really needed to go this week. Especially I found unpleasant the attitude of this manager who was giggling during our conversation. This is a clinic, clients come because they have physical problems, there was nothing to laugh about. Take your job seriously!"
