"I have been Dr Hsieh’s patient for almost 10years. My extensive patient/doctor relationship and experience with Dr Hsieh & staff has always been positive. Dr Hsieh is always very thorough and knowledgeable. The clinic is very conscious with my best financial interests in mind as it relates to special testings I needed. At my recent annual check-up, I decided to do a genetic testing. I was well informed by Dr Hsieh & staff that my medical insurance might not cover the test. And that the lab will contact me directly about cost & insurance coverage before lab proceeds with the test. Subsequently, the lab contacted me and was I informed that my insurance indeed did not cover the test. The out-of-pocket cost through my insurance is exponentially more than doing self-pay. My final decision was to proceed with the genetic testing and self pay which was the most costly effective way. Thank you Dr Hsieh and staff for your professionalism and the best care."

"My first time visit since I was looking for closer OBGYN near my home. During my first visit she already told me I have this issue and I should do this procedure that would cost me $3000!!!! I was just going for regular check up bc I’ve been having irregular period. I receive a bill of almost $1000! The office is old and doesn’t feel clean and made me feel very uncomfortable. I do not recommend, you will end up with a high bill!!!! warning !!!!! I would give no star if I could! Warning- pls check and make sure they send any lab work to in-network!! Called my insurance and they notice they send to two different lab. One being out of network and is not even where I live within the State!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!"

"I reached out to this office to follow up with my irregular period because it's closer to my place. However they told me they only prefer patients coming in for GYN annual checkup otherwise they won't receive any money from my insurance.... Or I have to bring my annual checkup report to the office on the day of the visit. So i brought all my reports with me on the day of the appointment. I handed my reports to one of the medical staff in the office, however they told me they don't need it now... Which is kinda annoying because it's a lot of paper that I printed out the night before. When I finally get to see Dr Helen Hsieh. She appeared to be very ignoring and not patient at all. I tried to communicate my concerns and problems with her in Chinese because that's what I am comfortable to talk with but she will always talk back to me in English. Which is not helpful at all. She performed two standard tests for me. Which is covered by my insurance according to my insurance company. However I ended up have to pay for those tests myself because the diagnosis code she used is not acceptable to my insurance. So I would say Dr Helen Hsieh is a doctor who only puts her income as a priority. Only cares about money. I would not go back to her again."

"Dr Hsieh and staff are wonderful! As someone who is in the medical field I can say Dr. Hsieh has an individual concern for every one of her patients and quite easy to contact, even on off hours. She takes her time and answers any questions I have. She has coached my husband and I through our recent pregnancy and has made us happy first time parents. Her staff is super friendly, and are medically competent. The office is always clean and in order. Appointments are flexible to same day. The wait time is extraordinarily low, compared to other places. Even if late, accommodations take place in a timely fashion. Thank you Dr. Hsieh!"
