"I will give Mitasha a 5/5 for communication. She was great at that. However, the wait time was more than 40 minutes. The area of doing blood work was questionable. The tubes of blood were in the corner of the floor. I am not entirely sure what is going on there and how safe that is. Since it was my first time coming here, I called back to inquire how are prescriptions handled; I wasn't aware before I left. And I wasn't told how they go about sending them out. They were so rude on the call about it. I just received my EOBs from the insurance. There are several test charges that I was unaware were even being done. I called them up to receive my result reports since they "did them," there's no report if there isn't a problem. It is 2024; is there really no report available to give to a patient regardless of the result status? I will not be coming back. It seems that you shouldn't be calling back to ask anything once your visit is complete. Both of my calls were answered with severe confusion. For my prescriptions, I was yelled at by someone in the background (PS, if you are speaking in the background and the phone isn't on hold/mute, we can hear you). Today, the person on the other end of the call was like huh, results? That alone says a lot. This is already a sensitive type of visit. It needs to be handled better. And it doesn't look like I am the only one that feels this way. Edit: I AM SORRY, What protocols? Also, I don't see why I am unable to obtain a copy of my own test results. Very odd."
