"Albert Einstein Hospital in the bronx is not a place you want to take your family member. I went to visit my mother-in-law there. Traveled from New Jersey to be turned away by security at the front door of the emergency room. He told me that the emergency room was too full. And they were not letting anyone in. My mother in law who is 90 years old, was transferred there from a nursing facility. Because her blood pressure was low and she had breathing issues. Just imagine going to the hospital, not knowing if your relatives are alive or dead. And being turned away with no information. And told to call for information on your relatives. Then, I waited on the phone for thirty minutes. This situation is just cruel. A hospital that doesn't have handicap parking or any parking for patients' relatives is ridiculous."

"Beyond the best labor and delivery team!! I had my baby in the mist of covid in 2020!!. I had females of different cultural backgrounds that had me in tears of joy."

"I was never seen earlier than an hour and a half past my scheduled appointment, even when I was the first patient of the day. I try to give front desk staff some grace but they are shockingly rude to patients. The nurses also add referrals they say they won't and don't add the ones you need."

"My first appointment was scheduled at 1:00pm and I finally got call in at 3:15. My today's, second appt was scheduled at 11:30. It's 1:25 and I am still waiting for someone to call me in. I rather look for a private office to track my pregnancy. Who can afford lose a day of work for every appointment? I am just a few weeks of pregnancy!"
