"I am simply giving this doctor a one star not because of her services but because of her staff. I arrived to my appointment on time and because they registered me half an hour late they told me that the doctor might not see me because I registered myself half an hour late. Keep in mind that I waited more 4 months and a half to see this doctor and I constantly called the nurse to see if they nurse can assist me over the phone and never got a phone call back. Now the front desk staff made it seem like I had control over the registartion process when they are the one who handle that part. So my question is, why they don't tell their patients to get to the office at least half an hour early ? Why is the patients fault to be registered half an hour late if they dont have a system for patients to self register and only have one person at the front desk with a room full of more than 15 people?"
