"The most wonderful and caring doctor have had in a long time. I am hearing impaired and this was my first visit. She was so warm and helpful w/me. It was like I have known her all my life. I would recommend her to everyone. I did not feel rushed at all. The staff were also exceptional. So glad I found them."
"Best ever. Very caring. Very LGBTQIA+ friendly!"
"Horrible experience with the office staff- I tried calling to get the results of testing Dr Hagen ordered and was told the Dr was busy and would call me back. Days would pass, and I would call again, and get the same treatment. Finally after three weeks a very irate office worker (not the nurse) looked in my file and gave me a one word response to a very involved medical problem. I took the hint and changed Doctors that day- no respect for privacy, or my health."
"I had a very unfortunate experience with Dr Hagen. I went in for an emergency appointment due to some concerns, when explaining what had happened my husband said that she gave a very rude look. She then proceeded to give me one of the most painful exams I have received throughout my entire pregnancy. After the exam she told me that she would be ordering an ultrasound and would let someone know to come and unhook me from the fetal monitor. About a half hour after she left still no one had come in so my husband went and found a nurse. Turns out she went to lunch and didn't tell anyone to come in and unhook me or put in the orders for the ultrasound which left the other staff scrambling to figure out what to do. I am extremely disappointed in the care I received from Dr. Hagen and will make sure that none of my upcoming appointments are with her."
"Dr. Hagan acted 100% irresponsibly in the case of one of my clients, an 83-year-old woman with a UTI. She waited 5 days to prescribe an antibiotic, and then prescribed one that is contraindicated for use with another medication that her patient has been taking for years. Thankfully, the pharmacy caught it, but it means finding someone to make another trip to the next town to pick it up from the pharmacy, if and when anyone can get through to the offices. Corporate medicine at its worst. Next day (today): The patient had to go by ambulance to the ER, and they are keeping her at they hospital for at least 3 days. Let's hope she pulls through This doctor should lose her license over this. Day 7: The patient had developed a kidney infection because of the neglect when it was in the bladder. She had to have 4 IVs, 3 different antibiotics, and at one point it was touch and go. This doctor has yet to call the patient, and it's 2 weeks later. She knows that the patient ended up in the hospital, extremely ill, and the M.D. in the hospital had called Dr. Hagan's office to get information. Again and again I am struck with the absolute neglect and carelessness this poor woman received as treatment from a so-called specialist."
