"I have been admitted twice at this hospital and I have to admit that it was the best hospital I have ever been in and I am 67 years old! The care and the respect was terrific and all drs, nurses, cnas, cleaning, dietary, ER and anyone else I haven’t mentioned were the best and I want to thank everyone of you sincerely! Terrific hospital! Terrific employees! The only hospital I will go to!"

"I can’t say enough good things about this hospital. I went in to the ER in extreme pain due to a naphrostomy malfunction which stopped my kidney from draining. From the time I walked in the door to the time I left I was treated with the upmost respect and professionalism. Hospital is very small an may seem a lil behind the times but I would take quality care over fancy rooms an equipment any day! If I could give the place 10 stars I would!"

"It was all good until post delivery. Where a dayshift nurse put my wife back on a med mistakenly which kicked her back into labor and she started bleeding and screaming in pain. Then this same blunt rude blonde, Eastern European nurse with a accent. said out loud to my wife that she is not in that much pain and then questioned her if she was a drug addict and withdrawing?!? My wife is black and this women stunk of prejudice. I’ll drive hours before I consider this place again. Kick rocks this was august 2022. But heard she’s still there."

"I just wanted to thank all the staff at the Northern Dutchess Hospital ER on Christmas Eve. I had a 2 minute wait time to be seen. Thorough testing was done. Everyone was kind and supportive."

"I won’t be coming back here. Our room smells like piss and I’ve been waiting here for 3 hours no treatment or doctor or nurse had came to speak to us. My 1 year old is not feeling well and no one came to ask if we need anything. I wish I can give 0 stars. Please everyone go to west Chester hospital way better for kids."
