"I have had it with Optum. You can never schedule and appointment or even reach anyone on the phone. I called today and ended up in circles, they kept sending back to the main line to pick an option. Needless to say, I booked an appointment online for urgent care, I received a call from urgent care stating that they wouldn't be able to do anything for me that I need to schedule an appointment with my doctor and canceled my urgent care appointment. I still do not have an appointment with any doctor anywhere. This is absolutely ridiculous!!!! Optum needs to do better!"

"The nurses and doctors at the Rhinebeck Optum Urgent Care are caring and knowledgeable. I have had several occasions to visit in the last year. I have been impressed by the professionalism of the doctor and nurses."

"This acquisition has not gone smoothly. Billing is a mess. You cannot reach anyone by phone, ever. I sit on hold music for over an hour before I have to hang up. I have had to physically go to the office to request a script refill and still, After a week, the pharmacy does not have the script. After 12 years with the same pediatrician (who just retired) I am strongly considering switching to children’s medical group."

"I would like to edit my previous one star review of this urgent care clinic. when I arrived I was angry, in pain, and I left a very immature and thoughtless review of this establishment. the staff that were here are not uncaring about the wait time that is a direct result of healthcare worker shortages and a broken medical system that they are working within the confines of and trying to help as many people as possible and I should have recognized that, and I didn't. I appreciate everything that this clinic did for me that day, they took excellent care of me and the only reason I was there that long waiting was because of a broken larger system."
